1. Product Orders & Availability
- All domestic RO purifiers and filter consumables are subject to stock availability. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Commercial RO systems (50 LPH, 100 LPH, 250 LPH) and industrial treatment plants may involve customized pre-filtration assembly and quality testing prior to dispatch.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
2. Installation & Commissioning
- Free standard installation applies to domestic RO purifiers within designated service areas. Additional plumbing extensions, pressure-reducing valves (PRV), or booster pumps necessitated by extreme inlet water conditions will be billed at actual transparent rates.
- The customer must provide suitable uninterrupted power supply and raw water feed connection within 1.5 meters of the installation point.
3. Warranty & Consumables
Warranty terms apply strictly to electrical components (SMPS, booster pump, SV valve) and manufacturing defects. Regular consumable items such as sediment filters, activated carbon cartridges, and mineralizers are maintenance items subject to the TDS and turbidity of the local water supply.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hosur / Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, India.
